What we collect
When you fill out the form on our site, we get what you type in: your name, email, phone number, Whatnot handle, TikTok and Instagram handles, how you stream, how many shows you run a week and which plan you're interested in. We also record which link brought you to the site (for example, an email campaign) and the page you signed up from.
If you become a client, we also handle the show recordings you upload and the clips we make from them.
What we use it for
- To contact you about your free trial or plan.
- To find your shows and make and post your clips.
- To see which of our outreach campaigns work.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the service.
Where it's stored
Form submissions go to a private Google Sheet and our Google email. Uploads go to a private Dropbox folder. Scheduled posts run through Metricool, which you connect to your own accounts. We never ask for your TikTok, Instagram or Whatnot password.
Your clips and recordings
Your recordings and clips are yours. We only use them to make and post your clips. We won't show them anywhere else, like in our own examples, unless you tell us in writing that it's OK.
Deleting your information
Email [email hidden from spam bots] and we'll delete your form details, and any recordings we still hold, within 30 days.
